From the Garden State Parkway:

• Northbound - Exit 142. Extreme right-hand side of toll area; two dedicated booths. Up ramp onto Route 78 East. Stay in right lane and take first exit for Hillside, following signs for U-turn/78 West. Stay in Local Lanes. Local lanes become Route 24 West at Exit 48. Follow Route 24 West to Exit 8 - Summit Avenue. Left turn at traffic light, over highway, straight through light at service road. Follow Summit Avenue through a residential section. Through two lights in downtown. After 2nd light - Springfield Avenue - Woodward Properties is on the right at the next corner - Bank Street.
• Southbound - Exit 142. Follow signs for Route 78 West. Stay in Local Lanes. Local lanes become Route 24 West at Exit 48. Follow Route 24 West to Exit 8 - Summit Avenue. Left turn at traffic light, over highway, straight through light at service road. Follow Summit Avenue through a residential section. Through two lights in downtown. After 2nd light - Springfield Avenue - Woodward Properties is on the right at the next corner - Bank Street.

From New York City:

• Holland Tunnel:
  Take NJ Turnpike South or Pulaski Skyway/Routes 1/9 to Route 78. Follow directions above.
• Lincoln Tunnel:
  Take NJ Turnpike South. Follow directions above.
• George Washington Bridge:
  Take Route 80 to NJ Turnpike South. Follow directions above.

From Northern New Jersey, New York State:
Take Route 287 South to Route 24 East / Springfield to Exit 8 - Summit Avenue. Right turn at traffic light onto Summit Avenue. Follow Summit Avenue through a residential section. Through two lights in downtown. After 2nd light - Springfield Avenue - Woodward Properties is on the right at the next corner - Bank Street.

From the West: Take Route 78 East:
Follow to Route 78/24 divide after Exit 45. Stay right to local lanes. Just after divide, take left-lane Exit 48 to Route 24 West / Millburn. Follow Route 24 West to Exit 8 - Summit Avenue. Left turn at traffic light, over highway, straight through light at service road. Follow Summit Avenue through a residential section. Through two lights in downtown. After 2nd light - Springfield Avenue - Woodward Properties is on the right at the next corner - Bank Street.

NJTransit:
Morris and Essex Line to Summit station. Exit town side of station in Summit. Cross circle. Walk up Beechwood Rd. 1/2 block to Bank St.  Turn right on Bank St. and walk to Summit Ave. Office is on the left corner – 92 Summit Avenue.
